A: Four levels of the management are going to improve through the proposed model of management under the management development model in the contemporary world that endorses the part of competitive advantage indeed. The first level of management improvement is need for the frontline staff because such staff is the immediate responsible for the task accomplishment and the task fulfillment. The task allocation, the task monitoring cells and the task effectiveness measuring teams included under the one paradigm that is frontline staff.
