a. How does this album compare to other albums of the same class (political record, turn-up record, love record, etc.)?
4. Artist’s own Catalog
a. How does this album compare to the artists’ previous work? Is it a step back? An improvement? Evolution?
5. Larger cultural/political context (if applicable)
a. What larger conversation is this album/artists participating in? Does this album contribute anything worthwhile to these larger conversations?
