Within this course, you are expected to learn how to differentiate between the current international regulatory approaches for unmanned system operating approval. As part of this learning outcome, you will examine current legal frameworks and domain-specific rules, as well as compliance enforcement challenges and issues. Conduct research on the web, and find a “case example” for a regulatory approach for unmanned system operating approval for a country that is outside of the U.S. (many countries have their policy papers publicly available in English) or outside any country’s territory, e.g., in international waters or in space.
