4. Analyze Dickens’ characterization of the Dodger, as he is developed  in the scenes of the first Book of the novel. Is the Dodger a thief, a  hero, a vision of what/who Oliver might become or (your own analysis).  Is Dickens ambivalent about the Dodger?
