My comments for the course project are as follows:WBS/Project schedule – most of the resources assigned do not have cost assigned. In addition, there is no fixed cost assigned to the equipment purchases, therefore your cost of $63,653 is not accurate. (-10 pts)The budget cost report is not consistent with the results of the project cost and the explanation provided is not reflective of the actual cost. It is likely that the project would have come close to the original estimate had the cost been entered correctly. The contingency plan should be a part of the actual project cost. (-10 pts)The resource management report is inaccurate. There are still a number of over-allocated resources in the project and these were not addressed. Extending the project dates would likely extend the project as well. I would have liked to see more of the concepts from the text and lecture for team motivation strategies and handling conflict. In addition, the project organizational structure you described is incorrect for this project. (-10 pts)Lastly, the format of the reports are not business professional. Remember, these are executive reports and the format and content should be in a business format. I was flexible with grading due to the team situation, however you will need to make some updates and corrections for the final project.
