Make or Buy Analysis. Research a specific situation or general methods for reaching a make or buy decision within the context of a project. You may select a specific project that you have been or are involved with, or a project you are interested in, and discuss how the make or buy decision was reached. Or, you may research methods for reaching a make or buy decision. See paper guidelines for specific paper length and formatting requirements.
The written assignments will require students to research relevant topics and writings engage in critical thinking about course topics and describe how elements can be applied in practice. As noted above, there are four written assignments. Papers should be 8 – 10 pages in length, not inclusive of title page and works cited pages. Papers should be Times New Roman font, 12 pt., double-spaced, no graphics unless used specifically to support a point or concept in the paper. Where applicable/appropriate, sources must be properly cited using a style such as APA.
