Chapter 4 focused on the affect that individual attitudes and behaviors can have on the productivity of the work place. Chapter 4 also brought to light that many companies are coming up with unique ways to improve their employees health and attitudes both at home and at work. I would like you to find an example of this. One example is given on page 88 in figure 4.6. Do some research, and find a company that is being proactive about keeping their employees happy.
