Briefly describe the following elements regarding your
selected organization:

2. Mission

4. Implementation strategy. (Use the model by Treacy and
Wiersma in Chapter 13 and
identify which one of the three strategic options fits the
companys approach the best,

5. Key differentiators of the organization (What makes this
organization different than its
competitors?)
Part II Alignment of the process to the company strategy
(1-1.5 pages)
Based on the concepts in Chapter 13, evaluate how well the
process you selected supports the
following elements:
1. Strategic choice (Based on #14 above.)
2. Core competencies (Based on #5 above.)
3. Identify some general areas for improvement in the
selected process to make it better
aligned with company strategy.
References List all your research sources, in APA format

information on APA formatting).
