Size and/or time limits for assessment: 1200 words target length Maximum length 1500 words. Essays exceeding maximum word length are automatically capped at 40%.

This assessment covers LOs 1 and 5a Identify the key characteristics of effective leaders and the key characteristics of effective leadership.
You have to produce an essay of 1200-1500 words maximum which tackles the above essay question.
