ASSIGNMENT:
Write a 2- to 3-page research paper in which you address the following:
Describe your organization or group.
Describe the attitudes and values held by the group.
Discuss the dogmatism related to your organization.
Describe the attributional styles.
Describe the status norms and sanctions.
Discuss conformity, obedience, and power.
Provide a summary comment about the degree to which this organization has a unique culture, as opposed to being the sum of the cultures of employees.
Support the responses within your assignment with credited evidence from the assigned learning resources (including sentence-level citations). Provide a reference list in APA Style for resources you used in the assignment.
