Section 1: Introduction – introducing the company and outlining the purpose of the report, 200 words maximum,
Section 2: Cultural change at Visa Europe: drivers, challenges and impact – max 1200 words in total
Section 3: Discussion and Conclusion – critical evaluation of the role of individuals and teams in the overall organisational performance at Visa Europe and summary of main points, 400 words maximum
