Provide two construction law cases that involve the highlighted elements (red and green) in the word doc. Please make sure that they are scholarly sources. There is another pdf. attached, that is to make sure you don’t pick the same topic as these topics because each student should have different cases. Make sure the two cases are not the same problem and not the same contract type.
