HCA 541 Final Exam Review Guide
The following is a review guide for your final exam. The exam is to be completed by yourself without
assistance, but you may use your book and notes.
Location/Materials
The test will be accessed online on the day of the exam, Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 12:01 am to 11:59 pm.
Download the exam in the content section of D2L under the section, Final Exam. Rename the file to Final
Exam YourName. Be sure to type your name at the top.
Clearly highlight your selected answer in green for the True/False and Multiple Choice questions. Please type
your response to each short answer immediately following the short answer question. Each of the diagrams has
legend elements that you can copy and use to create the diagram or you can create the diagrams in Microsoft
Visio. Submit your exam document (and any Visio files) via the D2L dropbox. Be sure to reopen your files
after submission to ensure that they work.
Test Format
The composition of the exam is as follows:
40 points – Multiple Choice at 2 pts each
40 points – Short Answer
20 points – Activity Diagram
