Most e-commerce customers only buy after reading product reviews. Product ratings and reviews influence customers’ purchasing process by giving them the confidence to complete the checkout process. However, it is challenging to attract the perfect customer due customers’ experience, feedback, and customer loyalty e-commerce industry.
