· Availability of suitable targets.
· Absence of capable guardians (e.g., internal controls).
1) Conduct some research on an individual who was found guilty of fraud did that individual meet the three factors that contribute to fraud?
2) What suggestions would you make to management to determine if an employee is operating with integrity.
