Based on all the work done in seminars and throughout the module you are required to produce a report for the case study company FitCook Limited. This report should be addressed to the management of the Company and is required to support their decision making and business planning.
Your submission should consist of the following:
An executive summary (max. 400 words – excluded from word count)
An analysis of the current business (approx. 1,000 – 1,200 words)
Your advice to the company on appropriate KPI’s (approx. 300 words)
An analysis of the new business opportunity including conclusion (approx. 1,000 words)
