I am applying to a dual degree program for the MCM program. Masters in Communication and Media program for my masters. I want to specialize in public relations while in the program. Its a dual degree program that I can complete during my undergraduate degree. I can complete a bachelors and a masters at the same time. I am currently majoring in journalism and media studies and think the dual degree masters program will help me gain lots of knowledge and skills to get a job in PR or advertising.
What I brainstormed:
I am pursuing the dual degree program because I think my major in Journalism and
media studies can be combined with the masters and offer me more job opportunities in
the career field I want to pursue which is Public Relations. I also strive to enter the dual
degree program because it costs less and saves up so much time than doing the
traditional graduating with an undergraduate degree rather than applying for a masters
separately. I also think the program can offer me so many networking connections and
be in classes with people pursuing the same career path as I am.

take notes for the disadvantaged and the students who were unable to take notes themselves.

Worked part time in teaching first grade in various subjects and helped with their overall academic

Community Service Volunteer

Volunteered at senior citizen homes, cleaned up wastes and trash in public forests, helped with
vegetation and gardening for communities in need. Also helped with catering and serving food to the
