Assignment: Report
Students will be required to select an organisation, which may be your employer, a client
organisation, or another organisation with which you are familiar. Applying the techniques and
concepts you have covered in the module, and with critical reference to the Enterprise Risk
Management framework, develop a high-level plan that addresses 4-5 key risks the organisation
faces, which are considered to have a potentially major impact, either positive or negative.
Your Report should include the following sections:
Cover Page
Table of Contents
List of Abbreviations (if appropriate)
Aims of organisation
Risk Thresholds
Within Risk Register Table (see section 4 for recommended template):
• Identified threats and/or opportunities
• Existing controls
• Calculation of risk: likelihood, impact and rating
• Mitigation actions
