Due at the end of Unit 4
Last week in Unit 2, you were presented with the team goal
of creating a Team Charter Agreement.
You and your teammates will have Units 3 and 4 to work on
the Agreement. The agreement will be
submitted by the team scribe in the Unit 4 Dropbox. Do not
wait until the last minute to get together as
a team for the Final Team Assignment; use this time to your
teams advantage to complete the work.
You will address the following Team Agreement items in
support of the Final Team Project by working
together in the team chat areas on the left hand bar as you
did in the last unit.
A. What skills do team members have to lend to the task at
hand? Assign tasks.
B. Timeline.
C. How will your team meet/times?
D. How will you resolve conflict?
There is a Team Plan on pages 123 through 124 in the
textbook that might be of help for you to
create the Agreement.
The Final Team Assignment will be graded with 70% for the
individual team member and 30% for the
entire team. In Unit 4, you will find a 360-degree
assessment to fill out that will reflect your perception
about each of the team members performance, including
yourself. The 360-degree assessment form
will be in DocSharing for your use.
Submissions for the Team Charter Agreement will be completed
by the appointed Team scribe only
and submitted to the Unit 4 Team Assignment Dropbox. The
360-degree assessments will be
submitted individually in the Unit 4 Assignment Dropbox.
Assignment Checklist:
