You will have to choose an organization in Sultanate of Oman and do an in-depth research to understand the following. The sector to which the organization belongs should be mentioned eg; Petroleum sector, telecommunication sector, manufacturing sector etc. The sector and the industry should be explained. The following are the areas that the students will have to do the research and make a report.

b. Size and Type of the business
c. Department analysis of the organization
2. Role of Logistics in the Organisaiton
3. SC practices in the organization
4. Warehousing Practices and Inventory Management
5. Procurement/Outsourcing and Marketing Practices adopted
6. Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Weakness (SWOT) Analysis
