Choose 3 of the Mid-Century revolts. Write a short paragraph for each describing who/what/when/where, what triggered the revolt, and what were the objectives of those who revolted. Write a short paragraph analyzing connections that existed between the three revolts you have described.

Technologies of Second Industrialization: Choose one technology developed or expanded in the 2nd half of the 19th c., that is, a major technological development that is associated with the Second Industrial Revolution and that advanced global commercial markets. Identify the technology (what/when/where, etc.) and state its role and significance in the expansion of Western imperial markets prior to 1914.
