The memo must include two techniques that can improve conflict management for your assigned organization that you have learned about through this course. These techniques can be based on real or simulated situations in case information about conflict is lacking for your assigned organization. Conflict resolution techniques can be based on any level of conflict: internal to the organization and leadership and/or external (e.g., community, cross-sector, government/ regulatory authorities). You will need to provide your rationale as to why you selected these techniques and how adoption may benefit your assigned organization. The best way to support your rationale, aside from sharing your thoughts, is to use examples of how these tools have been applied in other settings (e.g., case studies, series).
