Compliance ProgramThe major project in this course will be to complete compliance program analysis for an existingcompany of your choice. A handout will explain the components in more detail, but in short, you are toanalyze the strengths and weaknesses of the existing ethical programs and then provide recommendationsfor improvement. Content should included a review of the missions and values, code of conduct, code ofethics, a description of corporate structure and reporting, description of oversight/ethical complianceprogram, ethics/compliance training program, description of program evaluation, monitoring, andauditing. This paper should be no more than 10 pages.Overview:The major project in this course will be to complete compliance program for a company of your choice. Your team has been hired as consultants by this company to re-vamp their ethics, responsibility and sustainability programs.Step1: Choose an organization and give an overview of the organization and its employees, their missions and values.Step 2: Analyze and report on their current ethical policies and programs for strengths and weaknesses based on the essential elements needed for an effective compliance program (missions and values, code of conduct, code of ethics, a description of corporate structure and reporting, description of oversight/ethical compliance program, ethics/compliance training program, description of program evaluation, monitoring, and auditing).
