The Saudi Ministry of Commerce states that a customer is allowed to return any product in the following 7 days of the purchase. The warranty given with the TV also states that any manufacturing error that causes the TV to stop working gives me the right to return it and get a brand-new one. One should write the complaint letter; the other should write the positive letter of adjustment. The assignment requires writing the following business letters: I. A Complaint Letter In writing the complaint letter, you ask the business representative for a replacement of a dysfunctional device or machine or whatever product you purchased a week ago. Your request is guaranteed because of a warranty you have received with the purchase. Each group should make only one submission that includes a file carrying both letters. II. Positive Letter of Adjustment In writing the positive letter of adjustment, you apologize to your unhappy customer and grant him the request he has made in his complaint letter.
