• Introduce the topic your chose and discuss how/why the subject of your topic is done.
• State your thesis (main idea) and identify the main points that you will cover in the body of
your paper.

• What are the legal and ethical issues related to your topic (be sure to identify specific
ethical codes and laws that might apply here)?
• What are the arguments for and against implementation of this topic?
• What is your personal point of view on this topic? Are you for it or against it? Explain why
you feel this way.
• Explain the conscience clause and discuss how it can apply to your chosen topic.

Conclusion
• Restate/Reword your thesis and provide a conclusion about your main points.
