Circle Detection with Generalized Hough Transform
You are expected to implement circle detector by adapting Generalized Hough Transform mentioned in the lectures. The details of the Algorithm can be found in the Slides.
Algorithm:
1. Apply edge detection (le = edge(l/canny’);)
2. Create table or function to store/compute displacement vectors indexed by angle
3. Apply voting for all edge pixels
4. Find peaks inf Hough space to get parameter of circles.
