Joey is an 8-year-old boy in elementary school His teacher has voiced a growing concern regarding his classroom behavior Over the past 2 months Joey has become more withdrawn from his classmates and rarely participates in class discussion. This is a new behavior in that he “used to talk all the time, and raise his hand to answer questions in class.” His teacher reports that they were discussing family and family roles in class this week. Joey became very aggressive and yelled. My dad isnt at home anymore cause of my mom “I really miss dad.” My moms new boyfriend isnt nice and wont buy me stuff, like my dad does.
