PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER The conference is moving into coming to a close. Over the past several weeks, you and your colleagues have developed most of the components of a Marketing Strategy. Now it is time to put the pieces together into a final draft. THE PLAN SO FAR Using this template, complete your Final Plan which should include the following:
¢ Objectives & Mission Statement (from the Unit 2 Discussion Board)
¢ Target Market (Unit 2 Individual Project)
¢ Competition (Unit 2 Individual Project)
¢ Product/Service Features (various assignments)
¢ Core Strategy (Unit 3 Discussion Board)
¢ Marketing Mix: Communications & Promotion (Unit 3 Individual Project)
¢ Pricing Strategy (Unit 4 Discussion Board)
THE FINAL COMPONENTS: Take the content you have already written in previous weeks and add the following components to create your final plan:
1. Abstract, Introduction, Conclusion, Update your Reference List
2. Channels of Distribution: Specify the type of distribution channel you will use and include rationale.
3. Customer Relationship Management -Detail how you will incorporate CRM into your plan. Be sure to include a discussion on the role of technology that will be used to support your CRM.
Your assignment should contain a cover page, an abstract page and a reference page in addition to the body. The body of the paper should be 10-12 pages in length – starting with a brief one paragraph introduction and ending with a short conclusion. The entire submission will be 13-18 pages in length.
