Tony’s Tire and Auto Repair sells new tires at its automotive shops and provides automotive repair services to customers. The management would like to develop a balanced scorecard to assess performance. In a one- to two-page “journal”, provide at least three internal business process measures that Tony’s Tire and Auto Repair can use on its balanced scorecard.
Be sure to define and explain the balanced scorecard and its value to management.
