The chosen company to analyze is Anthem Inc. in the healthcare industry. My project idea is the implementation of a transportation company to serve the Medicaid/Medicare population as part of the Medicaid Benefits package include Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). The objective is to encourage Anthems members to seek necessary preventive care services, by providing free rides to this population to visit their primary care providers and to follow up with their medical appointments. However, I need help aligning my project idea to the questions in the attachment.
