Guidance:
Reflecting on the group presentation, you need to produce a reflective report. Your
report should reflect on the set of skills you have worked on such as working in a
team, presenting the work to the audience, organising yourself and managing your
time. Furthermore, you should also reflect on the academic knowledge you have
gained such as understanding the cultural difference between Eastern and Western
society at the workplace and analyse how the obstacles to initial interactions could
be overcome to draw your action plan.
You could use Gibbs’ reflective cycle to produce your report. The six stages of
Gibbs’ reflective cycle are the following:
1. Description of the experience
2. Feelings and thoughts about the experience
3. Evaluation of the experience, both good and bad
4. Analysis to make sense of the situation
5. Conclusion about what you learned and what you could have done differently
6. Action plan for how you would deal with similar situations in the future, or
general changes you might find appropriate.
Further Guidelines:
• You are required to write 1,000 words (-/+ 10%).
• The Report must be double-spaced.
• Your font must be either Times New Roman (letter size 12) or Arial (letter size
