Kurt Lewin reasoned that the behaviour of people in the workplace is a function of the individual’s characteristics and their beliefs about the work environment i.e., B = f (P.E). Draw on evidence from across the module (i.e., both OB and HRM) to illustrate the implications of Lewin’s reasoning for changing the behaviour of people in the workplace.
