The focus of this Module Assignment will be to devise an action plan and recommendations for leading and managing organisational change successfully. The organisational problem requiring change is up to you to decide as it needs to be based upon one which you are familiar with (it could be your own organisation if you are employed). In sorting through your chosen problem, remember that what is evident on the surface are symptoms but what matters are the root causes that have resulted in those symptoms. Treating the symptoms without identifying and addressing the root causes is unlikely to result in a successful resolution of the problem.
